		<description>If I should suddenly switch jobs, I've got a fiber 100Mbit link into my livingroom, so I'll be able to keep on hosting ClockingIT from there. 

As for development, the time I can put into ClockingIT varies a bit from week to week, but it's quite possible to develop a feature or fix a bug and submit a patch to me and it can be deployed on the hosted version and distributed to all the local installations.
